Anonymous asked: Hey there, yesterday I started 80:10:10 raw til four. And I just tracked my calories in chronometer and my protein is quite high when all I ate yesterday was fruits and vegetables. Does it matter if my protein is high? My fat is low and my carbs are high. Also, should I listen to my hunger cues and stop eating hen I'm satisfied or should I try and finish my bowl of fruit?? That’s perfectly fine for your protein to be high if all you ate was fruits and vegetables! It’s what you need to thrive so obviously whatever you ate was perfect. That’s hard to say because your point of satiation is different to mine, however now that you’re starting out you may need to push yourself a little to make sure you are eating enough calories but there’s also nothing wrong with taking a break for half an hour and finishing the fruit later! Just don’t make yourself sick xxx
