Well, for starters, make sure that you’re eating enough in the first place, but I definitely understand where your coming from!
I usually just keep it simple with bananas, they are really filling and satisfying, maybe try and have a green juice in the morning or lunch with them if you can. As far as snacks go, dates and mulberries.
There’s definitely some really good slices you can make to keep with you in the day, I’ve been meaning to make FullyrawKristinas raw food bar!
I’m super slack and eat fruit or keep smoothies with me everywhere so I hope this has helped a little bit my love.

Fruit digests so much quicker than cooked food so naturally it’s going to cause bloating, gas and pain. If it’s made to wait then it’ll ferment. Because when anything ferments, the sugars are converted to acid/gas/alcohol forms which won’t be the most pleasant experience for your tummy! In saying this, everyone is different! Depends on what you ate, how well you digest things or what you’ve been doing. So if you feel like you can, then just eat some fruit, maybe just don’t eat too much! Just don’t have watermelon because that’s one fruit that needs an empty tummy!
